EVENING PORTER
Full time, 35 – 40 hours a week (4 nights on / 4 nights off)
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Night Porter to join our exceptional Front of house team at All Saints Resort, Hotel, Spa & Golf.
As a Night Porter, you will play a significant role in supporting the Front of House Team in welcoming our Guests to the Resort.
This is a Full-Time permanent position at 35 – 40 hours per week 4 nights on 4 nights off.
Previous experience working within a 4-star Hotel environment is preferable. However, full training will be given.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO)
- As a Night Porter you will be reporting to the Night Manager.
- Responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and safety.
- Ensuring that all public areas are clean and tidy.
- To always maintaining a professional and high-quality service-oriented environment.
- Assisting with luggage, directing guests around facilities when required.
- Providing guests with information about the hotel and local area.

HOUSEKEEPING
Part time, 20 – 25 hours per week, over a 7-day rotation,
inclusive of weekends
An amazing opportunity to join All Saints Hotel and its expanding team. As a Housekeeper you will be responsible for the housekeeping, ensuring standards are maintained and delivered all times. Whilst also ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered all times in line with our core values and standards, exceeding guest expectations.
- Cleaning public area / Room servicing / Hotel bedrooms
- Restocking housekeeping – to prepare the housekeeping team for the next day.
- Being on call to department needs.
ABOUT YOU:
- Previous housekeeping experience is required ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel operation, however not essential.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
