THE MARKETS
Every Wednesday and Saturday you can enjoy the Bury St Edmunds market, not only is there a wonderful array of foods you can also find everything from authentic Italian shirts, Portuguese pottery, vintage clothes and colourful plants and flowers. Why not head to one of the local coffee shops on the way?
There is also The Farmers Market which has been named as one of the best in the UK by the Daily Telegraph, held on the second Sunday of every month from 10am – 3pm. With free entry as well!

GREENE KING BREWERY TOURS
The leading UK brewer and pub company Greene King has called Bury St Edmunds home for over 200 years, and it carries on a long heritage of brewing in the town.
Why not enjoy the Walk, Talk and Tasting Tour? Available on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, walk through Greene King’s history and discover the oldest buildings and see what they have been used for throughout time. We are very lucky to have some beautiful parks on our doorstep, Ickworth park is a wonderful National Trust Park with miles of stunning parkland.
Take a walk round Ickworth house and admire the classical rotunda or have a stroll through the evergreen gardens. Ickworth even runs lots of activities for families to enjoy from den building to playing sleeping dragon!
